Each 2.5g sachet is easy to brew with boiling water in a cup, thermos, or pot. One sachet a day is recommended for wellness, while two may be used for added support. Wild tea can be re-brewed many times, making each cup both lasting and nourishing.
There is a saying that tea may affect medicine, but both Chinese and Western medicine show no clear basis for this. Tea is even used in traditional prescriptions to enhance effects. However, since tea contains natural compounds that may interact with some medicines, it is best not to take them together. Leave a gap of time between drinking tea and taking medicine, and always consult your doctor if unsure.
Timothy Wu combines the wisdom of Tea Tao with modern wellness practices, creating teas that are not only enjoyable but also meaningful for health and daily balance.
At Cha Yuan Tea, we honour tea as more than a beverage — it is a bridge between tradition and healing. Rooted in pure, detoxifying wild tea and the principles of Tea Tao, our philosophy is to awaken the body’s natural balance, cultivate inner peace, and harmonise modern life with ancient wisdom.
