为了让更多对华文感兴趣的朋友了解汉字在日常生活中的妙用，茶缘诚邀您来「汉字与生活」系列主题茶会。一边喝好茶，一边揭开汉字里的生活小秘密。

Why do we prefer giving "Hongbao", red envelopes, with even numbers, like 6 or 8? Why do we always bring two oranges when visiting friends and family, instead of just one?

These small customs are deeply connected to Chinese characters!

So, how exactly are Chinese characters intertwined with our daily lives? And how can we use them to attract good fortune?

To help more friends discover the magic of Chinese characters in everyday life, "Cha Yuan" cordially invites you to our “Chinese Characters & Life” themed tea gatherings. Enjoy fine tea while uncovering the secrets hidden in the world of Chinese characters.

Speaker: Teacher Ke, with 20 years of Chinese teaching experience. Her students include students at schools and adults of all ethnic groups.

Each session is 1.5 hours.

Learning Chinese can be very fun. There is a story behind every Chinese character. While drinking tea, listen to the story and learn Chinese together. Friends are welcome to come to Cha Yuan and share your stories.
